Refund and Returns Policy

At Dually Proz, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

1. Returns on Stock Items

  • You may return new, unused, and unopened stock items (such as wheels and adapters) within 10 days of receiving them for a refund.

  • To qualify, wheels must not have had tires mounted.

  • Refunds will equal the purchase price of the item minus shipping charges (minimum shipping charge: $200).

  • Once tires are mounted, wheels are no longer eligible for return.

2. Incorrect, Defective, or Non-Fit Items

  • If you receive the wrong product, a defective product, or an item that does not fit, we will work quickly to correct the issue.

  • If the return is due to our error, Dually Proz will cover return shipping costs.

3. Custom Orders & Cancellations

  • Custom-made wheels (specially ordered for your truck/vehicle and wheel style) are non-refundable.

  • Orders may not be canceled after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

  • In rare cases, order cancellations may be considered at our discretion. If approved, refunds will be issued minus credit card processing fees (typically 3–4%).

  • To avoid these fees, we recommend paying via bank draft, as only banks handle account information directly.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

  • All products carry a manufacturer’s warranty.

  • To process a warranty claim, we require photos or video evidence of the defect or damage.

  • Warranties cover the product and shipping costs, but do not cover installation, labor, tire removal, or fuel costs associated with returning or replacing wheels.

5. Shipping & Inspection Requirements

  • All wheels are inspected before boxing to ensure they are free of scratches or blemishes.

    • Have the freight driver note any visible damage on the shipping documents.

    • Take photos and open the box in front of the driver to check the wheels.

    • Upon delivery, you must inspect all packages for damage (rips, crushed boxes, scrapes).

  • Damage caused during freight handling (e.g., forklift damage) must be reported immediately, as claims cannot be honored after the driver leaves.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive and verify that the returned product meets our policy requirements.
